Thursday Art Play: Sensory Stations

This family program uses hands-on art making activities and yoga to excite and educate their youngest visitors. Sometimes experimenting is the best part about art. It’s fun to make, fail, and try again. Pick a sensory station to create and explore with a new material at each spot. Stick around for some kid-friendly yoga following each Art Play.

On the first Friday in June, people living in the United States
celebrate the goodness that is donuts. But did you know that
National Donut Day actually has its roots in doing good? Donut Day started in 1938 as a fundraiser for The Salvation Army of Chicago with the goal of helping those in need during the Great Depression and to honor The Salvation Army “Lassies” of World War I, who served doughnuts to soldiers.

Back this year is their donut stacking competition amongst Greater Cincinnati influencers, media personalities and celebrities (our owner was a judge last year and is a donut stacker this year!). And, The Greater Cincinnati Retail Bakers Association will be handing out FREE DONUTS! Come and join us!

The tour will include a stop in Cincinnati Ohio at Riverbend Music Center on Saturday, August 31. KIDZ BOP LIVE 2024 is sponsored by Spin Master’s new fantasy-adventure children’s series, Unicorn Academy™, streaming now on Netflix.

Kids are taking over this summer! New songs! New choreography! Special effects, and more!
