FABULATION, OR THE RE-EDUCATION OF UNDINE
February 9 – 26, 2023 | Footlighters at Stained Glass Theatre
Undine has it all – success, love, and a fabulous wardrobe. When her life begins to unravel in one hilarious reversal after another, she is forced to return to a life she had long left behind. In this satirical comedy, two-time Pulitzer Prize-winner Lynn Nottage asks Undine – and all of us – whether you can really ever go home again.
There are some adult language and themes in this show, which is why we recommend it for date night! Support a local theatre and an incredible cast full of local Black artists. Directed by Derek Snow of Missing Front Plate Productions, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

PRINCESS & FROG {TCT}
February 18 – 26, 2023 | The Taft Theatre
The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati proudly presents Princess & Frog this month at the historic Taft Theatre! Note that this is NOT the Disney movie version! It is more based on the book. Every single one of TCT’s adaptations of any story has been brilliant, and Princess & Frog is no exception! Read more and get our review HERE.
When a beautiful, but spoiled, princess throws her new golden ball down the palace garden well, she encounters an enchanted prince-turned frog, whose only hope at breaking his curse and turning back into a human is to be invited for dinner. Oh… and to be kissed on the nose by a princess. But this frog prince isn’t the only one under an enchanted curse. With the help of his amphibi-friends, the two form an unlikely bond by teaching each other the importance of self-discovery, friendship, and standing up to bad influence. This fresh new musical adaptation will have you croaking the showtunes all the way home!
ALICE (IN WONDERLAND)
February 10 – 19, 2023 | Music Hall’s Springer Auditorium
From the fantastic imagination of choreographer Septime Webre comes ALICE (in wonderland). Webre infuses Lewis Carroll’s classic story with humor, color, and irreverence. It’s a visual spectacle with elaborate sets and over-the-top costumes, accompanied by a buoyant score from composer Matthew Pierce performed with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Follow the White Rabbit to Music Hall and meet the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat, but watch out for the Red Queen, or it’ll be off with your head!
ANNIE
February 7 – 12, 2023 | Aronoff Center
Holding onto hope when times are tough can take an awful lot of determination, and sometimes, an awful lot of determination comes in a surprisingly small package. Little Orphan Annie has reminded generations of theater goers that sunshine is always right around the corner, and now the best-loved musical of all time is set to return in a new production–just as you remember it and just when we need it most.
Recommended for ages 6 and up.
